Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. I was our first time to Zermatt and the place lived up beyond our expectations. Lovely stay in the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and on top of that, friendly staffs. View of Matterhorn from our room is just jaw dropping.

Beautiful hotel, very large comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, amazing views, perfect location near train station, restaurants, shops, ski hire shops and not far to walk to the ski lift.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. The rooms were clean and cosy. Every morning when you come out of the balcony, you can feel the fresh air and watch the beautiful snowy mountains in front of you. The best part was the breakfast where they serve good coffee, bread, eggs and bacon.

Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.

Extremely welcoming, first you get a welcome drink on the beautiful sun terrace looking directly at the Matterhorn. Then you get a tour of the hotel. All the staff were so friendly. We booked the sky light room, so no outside view or balcony but it was still outstanding. There's so much outside space to sit and view the mountains so we didn't feel it was necessary.
