The staff there is extremely helpful and courteous, especially front desk manager Gloria Chen, few receptionist at the counter remembering only Gao Dan, they helped us to get a driver and guide who brought us to outskirt area like QiPanShan 棋盘山, BenXi 本溪 Water Caves and DanDong 丹东， North Korea Boarder etc which proved to be a memorable trip for us which should not be missed, without their arrangement, our trip will not be smoothed as this way. Thumbs up to the staff and the services they rendered.

In particular, I would like to thank the following staff members for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. 行政酒廊Kairis was so welcoming and made our kids happy. 洲际礼宾部段秋含patiently helped us to find a good replacement room (when our original room became unavailable due to technical issues). We would also like to thank洲际礼宾部刘强 and Laura Ji from the catering team.

I was greeted warmly. Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean. Service was solid. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. I was quite happy. I would highly recommend the place.

We were incredibly happy with the property and the service of their amazing staff. Our customers attending the event were universally agreed that they’d be staying frequently at this hotel as Dalian’s nicest luxury property! It is such an upgrade to anything else in the city and truly embodies what a luxury hotel should be. This hotel absolutely not only lives up to the brand but elevates Four Seasons properties in China to a new level. Wayne the GM is an incredibly gracious expert host who has spent his career with Four Seasons and it shows!
