Close to shekou terminal ferry port and shekou seaworld. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice place for family and hanging out. Pity the ship was being renovated during my stay. The suite room was huge and value for money for the price with tv in front of bathtub. The place is very clean as well as the surrounding area. Even the air felt clean where people mostly drive EV or rent bikes The staff were very helpful. The cleaner was especially friendly and make up the room every morning. Will come back and recommend

Luxury awaits at The St Regis Shenzhen with its 5 dining options, indoor heated pool and spa. An absolutely wonderful butler staff, with impeccable services! The moment of my arrival I was welcomed by Alice, who arranged getting me check-in quickly. Chief Butler Faust made my stay incredible, and he is one of the main reasons I only stay at the St. Regis hotel when I am in Shenzhen. A special thanks to Butler Dylan who delivered my evening meals when I ordered room service. He was always engaging and happy to converse with me. I actually stayed at this property two times before my return home. The second time was for three night, just to relax in this wonderful property. Simply the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen city!

Only about 15 minutes' car ride from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Baolilai International Hotel offers an indoor pool, tennis courts and a modern gym. Guests can dine at 4 restaurants. I booked this hotel for my husband when it was definite that he will not make it in time for his connecting flight out of Shenzhen. Unfortunately the delay of his incoming flight stretched to 9hrs at least so he arrived at the hotel at 6am on checkout day. He said the staff was kind enough to let them know that they can extend their stay beyond the 12noon checkout. Excellent customer service from the hotel's check-in staff for a very weary traveller. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

A good hotel with spacious and well-designed rooms, a great fitness center, and decent breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one young lady speaking fluent English, which was a real comfort and much appreciated. The hotel’s rooms were large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The fitness center was excellent, and the location was unbeatable. Within a 5-minute walk, there’s the Athlete Mall for shopping and a beautiful beach that’s free to access in November—a perfect spot for a stroll or relaxation.
