Room & bathroom furnishing and equipment were really nice. Breakfast was excellent. They let us stay couple of hours longer which did help as our daughter got sick and needed some more rest before travel home.

Hotel Stara Skola smješten je u pomno restauriranoj bivšoj zgradi škole u centru gradića Sloup u regiji Moravský kras. I’ve been to over 20 countries and this was my favourite place of all time!! The main reason I say this is because I went in as a non-Czech speaker and I have never been treated with such kindness and level of accommodation before… The nice girl who checked me in was there every morning to explain how breakfast was going to work and brought out an English menu for me, I never had to ask. This place and that nice girl must be protected at all cost!!!

Nice hotel not for away from several caves what was our primary goal for this trip. We can use transport to the Punkva caves, then also just walk to another ones. On the place we can find three parking spaces, tourist information center or restaurant or fast food also with clasic Czech Smazeny syr and good beer.
