Although we didn't meet them in person, the hosts were kind in their communication. The appartment was super clean, it smelled nice and it had everything we needed. Good bed and very quiet, we slept great. Good value for money. We will definitely visit again if we are going to the Pfalzerwald area!

Hotel zur Pfalz is a very good hotel, helpful staff. on-site parking. The only issue I had was that the restauant was closed for 2 nights. This meant we had to go out to find somewhere to eat. Not what I wanted to be doing after a long drive. I have stayed here before and the restaurant is excellent normally. I should have been warned when booking that is was closed.

Sebastian was marvelous. Very helpful in getting us checked in and to our room. VERY PERSONAL touch and much appreciated. The young lady at the Reception Desk when we checked out was also very helpful and pleasant. Our room was especially beautiful and very comfortable. We also thought the Breakfast Room was lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast there. All staff at this hotel deserve commendations for their kind attention to ensuring Guest satisfaction.

Everything about this place is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is fantastic. The property is beautiful so many places to lounge whether by the pool or in the spa. Very close to the little town where you can go wine tasting. There's just nothing negative about this place We loved it.
