The breakfast was exceptional, from 7:30 to 11, allowing you to enjoy on any schedule, and there were lots of options of fresh fruit. They offet filtered water so you dont need to buy lots of plastic bottles, you just refill. I loved the yoga and pilates classes, relaxing and nice. Lovely pool downstairs and chilling space on the upper terrace.

Hooajalise välibasseini ja aiaga La Laguna Gran Hotel asub La Lagunas, 600 meetri kaugusel kuulsast Leali teatrist ning pakub kiiret sisse- ja väljaregistreerimist, suitsuvabu tube ja tasuta... Staff were profesional and friendly, location was great, close to the historic centre of a very pleasant town. Facilities like gym, pool, hottub, restaurants, bar, etc were top-notch. Would very much recommend!

Kõikidel konditsioneeriga tubadel on privaatne rõdu, kust avaneb vaade merele või mägedele. great location for Tenerife, very good and lot of variety breakfast, staff is supper nice and helpful. beds were so comfortable we really enjoyed everything. also paid for the parking 7 Euro per day, it’s worth every penny.

Hotel was excellent. Beautiful location. Very quiet. Excellent food. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Kohapeal on ka viis päikeseterrasside ja aiaga ümbritsetud basseini. everything was amazing. I traveled with four children and all our holidays are really stressful but the hotel made this one brilliant!! The heated pools were a huge bonus and really Enjoyed by the children. the breakfast was incredible and evening buffet was outstanding. Special mention has to go to all the staff. they really make your stay amazing. The bell boys couldn’t do enough for you and put you Immediately at ease after a long journey. The cleaners are the best I have seen. I even saw one remove the screws from the soap in the shower the clean round them. Every bit of chrome was polished in the room and the beds meticulously made. the pool area was fabulous with such a huge choice, we opted for the baby area as we could take some inflatables up there and the views were spectacular. my son cut his toe slightly on a stone and the first aider couldn’t have been more attentive. whilst we were a family with four children I did note a lot of couples there who seemed to be having an equally wonderful time in the spa, gym area, evening dining, adult pool etc. the locals are incredibly friendly, our taxi driver took us on some brilliant sightseeing, the local chemist was very informative about a treatment we needed for our baby and there is some amazing restaurants and bars.

This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

Very clean and comfy room with spacious bathroom in this rural home in Guimar. Very friendly staff, highly recommend it.
