It was nice that the restaurant and bar were reserved for hotel guests that their friends only. The menu offered enough choice and the food was delicious. Manoir Hastings was a quiet retreat during the hussle and bussle of the 80th anniversary of D-Day celebrations, but allowed us to be in the middle of it all. We even walked the path along the river all the way to Ouistreham. The private gardens were beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend it to friends.
