From greeting us at the Hotel gate, guiding us to our beautiful room with the amazing view over the lake and the amazing Spa that they have. The service was honestly exceptional. our room was maintained twice daily with little gifts that they lift over our bed every evening with a small lovely note. Food was excellent. Pricy but totally worth it.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Rivage Hôtel & Spa Annecy is set in Annecy, 2.1 km from Palais de l Ile and 2.2 km from Chateau d'Annecy. The location was great, just a few minutes away from the nice beach at the lake. The sunset was really nice from there. I took a cold bath in the lake and came back to the pool. It was ammmmazing. Also the swimming pool especially the sauna and the cold bath was great. My friend tried the sauna/cold bath for the first time and she also loved it so the cold bath was also not too cold for beginners. The pool area was a bit crowded on Saturday afternoon but in the morning it was not so occupied. The room was also comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also nice. You can have a nice view of mountains and the lake from the restaurant as well.
