The best feature what Chloe, the best hotelier I have ever met. We got in late, and she sorted us out expertly, and was more welcoming than I have ever experienced before. I would go back just to see her again!

All the staff I met were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Great location also. Thought it might be noisy, from the pub, but it was just fine.
