It was lovely to be able to help ourselves to tea/coffee, scones/pastries when we came in after being out all day. Location was excellent.

Very convenient location - next to the stunning Hope Park, town centre of Keswick and also to the Derwentwater Lake, allowing easy access to do a walk around the lake.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Enjoyed having meals out in the lovely garden. My room has a view of the sprawling fields.
