Having said that we never heard any noise from our room with balcony (1st floor). Georgia the receptionist was also very friendly too. This hotel is great value for money!

The room was amazing! There are a lot of stairs but that didnt bother us. The staff were genuinely nice and attentive, offering us recommendations, always with a big smile on their face. It was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. The location was fantastic, we never once took a metro, we walked wverywhere we wanted to go to. There are restaurants nearby. There are two types of breakfast, either a voucher for a great restaurant with plenty of options and available until 11 (quite late) or a basket with different pre-approved choices delivered to the room. There were coffee and teas ammenities in the room, and the bathroom was beautiful. Couldn’t recommend it enough! They organised taxis for us too in advance with a price estimate, they answered all our questions beforehand and since our room was ready, they let us check in early. There is a reception area during the day.

The staff was so friendly they greeted my husband and I with a complimentary chocolate mousse because of our recent wedding. We would stay here again ten times over.
