Set in Zadar Old Town next to the historical monuments and museums, Teatro Verdi Boutique Hotel provides concierge service and a tour desk as well as a 24-hour front desk. What a special little hotel. The location was perfect just inside the city walls and the pre-booked parking was right next to the hotel. Other parking was available just outside the city walls, about a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard and always had a smile and kind greeting. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was simple and served on the small terrace. A greater choice of food could be had for an extra cost by ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu. From the hotel it was very easy to walk to all the main attractions and even though you were part of the inner city it was still quiet at night. The bar and terrace of the hotel were open for late night drinks if needed.

Located in historic Old Town Zadar, Almayer Art & Heritage Adults Only Hotel and Dépendance rooms is an - Adults Only - property that offers an on-site bar and restaurant. The most beautiful hotel in our Croatia-Slovenia tour! Just amazing… We chose to stay in the dépendance whose rooms are renovated with unique and sophisticated style, with a Liberty taste. We enjoyed the terrace so much that we would hardly leave the room… Almayer has all that you need and will remain the best memory of Zadar for us. The breakfast in the courtyard was superlative and for dinner - after trying hard to find a better option - we also enjoyed the hotel restaurant, in the winter garden: a fantastic gastronomic experience, with a really talented chef! The only reason you may have to leave this place is to see the Sea Organ (2 min walk) or Saint Anastasia cathedral (3 min walk). I don’t understand some past reviews with negative comments on the bathroom towels as they are of excellent quality, made of organic cotton and high hand design.

The staff was perfect and helped us so many times In various situatios! Also a breakfast was outstanding and tasty as well as dinner in the evening thanks to chef. I will definitely recommend this villa to others because many hotels can't provide such services like here. Thanks a lot for such a great holiday!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok and food at the restaurant was good. They have a parking lot in front of the hotel. There were mosquites, but there was a anti-mosquito device in the room. There is no elevator, but they helped carry the luggage when we arrived.
