The hotel is at the distance of 10 km from Zagreb. great,modern hotel close to the airport. the staff was exceptionally nice -- arriving at 1 am was not a problem for them, and they patiently waited. we also booked last minute, which was not a problem. also since we had to leave really early, they offered to make a take away breakfast. really nice and accommodating ladies at the reception :-) will gladly come back!

Located 2 km from Zagreb Airport in Velika Gorica, the newly-opened Dream Hotel provides free airport transfer. It offers air-conditioned rooms with minibars, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Staff is very polite n helpful. I called them from the airport and within 10 mins, the shuttle was there to pick us up. Hotel reception staff was superb as the lady helped by taking one trolley bag with her to the room, chef was very good as she made wonderful dinner for us. My kids enjoyed the setting of the room. Overall we had a wonderful overnight stay there and to our surprise, the breakfast was also available from early morning at 6 AM. This helped us to eat proper breakfast before boarding our flight. I wish to give 6 star ratings if its available.

The room was very spacious with a large bed. Very clean and a very nice staff; a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the morning coffee or the breakfast. Our dog was welcomed there, so everything was great!!!

The receptionist Paula was very patient and pleasant to deal with. She assisted us with some of our issues. She went out of her way to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one.

The staff went out of their way to provide breakfast earlier than usual for us which was appreciated a lot. The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable, it met or exceeded all of our expectations.
