I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

Offering free access to the tennis court and the wellness area with pools, sauna, sun bed and hot tub, the Kastélyhotel Sasvár Resort in Parádsasvár in the Mátra Hills also houses an à la carte... The hotel is a paradise for children! We didn’t want to leave. This hotel has the most activities I’ve ever seen in a hotel!

The environment allows you to have a nice small walk or a long hiking trip so it is suitable for both the more and less active members of the family. The religious aspect of the place is fantastic and adds a nice charm to the place. I would totally recommend to stay here.
