It is exactly like shown on the photos, no bad surprises, no mold, no weird smell. We slept really good, bathroom was working and even though it’s half open, there were no insects or any animals coming in. Room has been cleaned every day, water filled constantly, breakfast and overall food was really good in the restaurant. Place is super clean, and the staff.. Wow! Not pushy, no fake smiles, super polite, friendly, helpful. Big respect for every single one of you, you’re doing amazing job (Anto & Merwan were our favorites :) I can only recommend this place :)

There is a very friendly, warmhearted vibe all the time; there is always someone that asks you questions, is smiling and wants to offer help - and this is really a gift :)) Especially I had an injury, and without there help I could not have enjoyed my stay. They also offered a good service with drinks, fruits and breakfast. They tried to fulfill every wish! My highlights: The lively and lovely staff and the spontaneous fresh grilled fish was sooo yummy!!

The Hani Hideaway was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It truly feels like arriving in paradise! The pool is incredibly charming, and even when there are other guests around, it feels like you have the place to yourself. Additionally, they arranged a massage for me within just a few minutes. You can order anything you want at any time, which adds a special touch to the experience. The breakfast and all the food were outstanding. A special mention to the staff, especially Johny, who was exceptionally friendly, shared a lot about the country and its culture, and made our stay even more memorable. We’re definitely planning to take his offered Lombok tour on our next visit. We also did some excursions through the hotel, such as horseback riding for the sunrise, which I highly recommend! Even though it means waking up early, it’s worth it to ride along the beach with no one else around. We also did a private boat tour, which was amazing! They also organized our boat trips to the Gili Islands and back, and I highly recommend the Einstein Boat for a comfortable and scenic ride. I can’t wait to return one day! :)

Fabulous hidden gem - perfect location for access to centre and beaches. Rent a bike to get you round and everything is easy! The staff working here are incredible, and make you feel very welcome. It was like coming home every day I came back to the resort. Yes it’s near the mosque - but on Gili Air everything is! Rooms are spacious, lovely seated area on terrace or hammocks / loungers by the pool. Breakfast is perfect and great value. I will hopefully come back one day soon!
