On the shores of Killary Harbour lies Ireland's oldest coaching inn. Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland. We had a great stay at Leenane Hotel. It's a very well maintained place with great rooms, excellent food and friendly staff. It's also dog friendly which is a rare thing in the area. What really stood out as well - the price we paid was more than fair.

Situated in Ballinasloe, 19 km from Cross of the Scriptures, Moycarn Lodge & Marina features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The customer service was excellent. Everybody was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. It's an excellent place to stay.

Authentic lodge at the lake. Very pleasant to stay with friendly staff. Great hospitality, very good cuisine. I like to come back.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Screebe House offers accommodation in Rosmuck, 36 km from Galway. Screebe House is right on the water in a very quiet remote area. It was so very peaceful. The dinner was absolutely superb in every way from presentation to delectable taste. The breakfast was without a doubt unforgettable in that the croissant just melted in your mouth, and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. The staff was also so accommodating, personal touches!

Standing at the head of Cashel Bay, this hotel is set in 50 acres of award-winning gardens and woodlands. Cashel House offers luxurious bedrooms, fine dining and a private beach. Just superb in every way. Sinners in tbe “greenhouse” were exquisite. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Ireland. Ray, the manager, holds up the tradition that the late, great Kaye maintains ed for decades. The Cashel House is a national treasure. See above.

The hosts were wonderful, resolving a booking issue without leaving us with the burden. They were welcoming, accomodating our requests and always with a smile and good sense of humor. The location is wonderful. One of the most beautiful places on earth - and we have seen a lot. The food was excellent, continuing our unexpected excellent culinary experiences along the west coast of Ireland.
