Everything!! This place is incredible in so many ways, it is relaxing, calm and in a very natural setting. The handmade pottery throughout the rooms and hotel is a beautiful touch. Isrotel Yam Suf on 20 metrin päässä Punaisestamerestä. Majoituspaikassa on 3 uima-allasta ja ilmainen pysäköintimahdollisuus. Kaikissa tiloissa on maksuton WiFi. Already 4 yrs ago I was booked at Isrotel Yam Suf, but due to a serious family incident the very night before my trip started, I had to cancel. And the Hotel was kind enough to grant a full refund regardless the booking was at a non refundable rate. I have not forgotten this kind move, and was happy to finally stay 5 N at Yam Suf. Everyone from the front desk, from kitchen to house keeping, did a fantastic job during challenging times. I booked half-board, and have not regreted it for a single second. Both the breakfast as well as the diner bufet provided an abundance of delicious food choices, sometimes hard to resist. The hotel hosted for several weeks also quite a number of evacuated families, and it was heartbreaking to listen to their stories, but comforting to watch how the hotel did the best they could do to soften the hardship of their situation as best as even possible.

The hotel went way beyond the call of its duties on many occasions. First of all, they weren't looking to upsell. Everything was really included. They didn't check if you had come into the lunch room beforehand nor how many people, and they allowed you eat as much as you wanted. The food was really good. They had a separated kids pool that was heated and had some slides. It was far enough from the main pool so it was safe for the kids. They really had a great time. They also went beyond for the kids as well, even hosting an included Keytana (kids group), which had them dress up and do activities and such. The hotel had nightly performances on different topics. They also had an open bar that was included and you could pretty much get anything. My wife really liked that you could get a bottle of cold water pretty much anywhere. The pool was nice. They had other activities like table tennis and a private beach with a soccer net and some volleyball. And the staff were really nice and really helped us. It was my wife's birthday and they baked her a special cake and didn't charge us. The people that dealt with us were always very nice, patient and friendly and the concierge went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed.
