Also the owner was very obliging and accomadated all our requests and helped us with the transport too.

Cola beach was a short walk away and perfect for our walks. Highly recommend if you want simple, attentive, non-commercial place to relax

The property is around 100 metres from Palolem Beach, 2.2 km from Colomb Beach and 2.5 km from Patnem Beach. breakfast was excellent. we enjoyed the yoga classes and the guys at front desk were always super helpful. we got laundry done, they ordered tuk tuk when we needed one and arranged airport transfers for us even after midnight. The room was very comfortable and their soaps smelled amazingly
