The room was nearer to common balcony estate view which had breathtaking view of lush green forest. The rooms were comfortable and satisfied. The staffs behaviour was nice and good. Kanyakumari is a lovely place and ancient temple to visit across the Vivekananda rock Inside the temple few staff approach travellers and visitors for a quick Sarah an for few hundred rupees, people should avoid them , this kind of people are common ib all the temples in Tamil Nadu. One can have Sarah an of deity either paying officially at thecountEr or have a common darshan of the deity . Inside Kanyakumari temple one sTaff was very rude , sounds like he barks at everyone , wish the temple authorities take action against this staff.

Srirangam island is an extraordinary place and although the residency is outside the main city it is close enough for convenient tuktuk service. The twin room was huge in comparison to most homestays in Tamil Nadu and the marble floor kept the place really cool along with the AC. There are nice basic amenities in the room for guests too.

Everything was perfect! We booked in advance a room with garden view, Tatva, but when arriving we regretted this as the lake view is fantastic!They immediately helped us to look for an alternative, which was not obvious for 5 nights, and they gave us a Chakra room with lake view which we enjoyed a lot! As a welcome the bath was filled with flowers!!! We loved the room, the garden and the swimming pool, with an infinite view on the lake. Lots of leisure facilities to relax. But above all the wellness: we both had an outstanding massage! The restaurant was also excellent: the cook prepared each time something for our taste, but of course we had a whole menu to choose. The choice of breakfast was enormous: continental or Indian. The complete staff was each moment ready to help with whatever and each time with a big smile. We went to explore the rubber plantation with their guide, which was very interesting. Also was the bike tour. A nearby temple and palace were also most interesting to visit. We really regretted to leave this wonderful place.
