Everything was so amazing from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Very helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle was great. Always available and if we had to call for it from the town, we didn’t have to wait too long. It was very convenient that we were able to purchase lift tickets and rent the skies right there. Also they had a locker for the skis that we brought with us. Breakfast was very good as well. We really enjoyed the spa and a massage there.

Maison Francois exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is very cozy, looks and feels great, we loved the decor, room was spacious with a large balcony, there is a living room where we could relax after skying, breakfast was delicious and all in all we felt welcomed and enjoyed our privacy. The spa is amazing after a day on the slopes, and if you’re lucky and the sky is clear, you can admire the Matterhorn from the jacuzzi. Everything was sparkling clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a great restaurant next to the building, which we highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms. Our room had two balcony’s and a separate lounge area. Lovely wood effect tiles throughout with a beautiful shower room. The bed was amazing and very comfortable. The breakfast was top quality and so were the staff. All in all we stayed two nights at this lovely peaceful hotel and I wish week could of stayed longer.

I cannot compliment them enough - especially Martha who was nothing short of amazing! Wonderful customer service.
