Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace, Hotel Madonna di Luciago is situated in Armeno in the Piedmont Region. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and Orta Lake is 5 km from the hotel. This is a beautiful small hotel, near the top of a mountain with a spectacular view. The staff was excellent, and the room was very comfortable with a balcony and a mountain view. I enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the staff made me a breakfast "to go" because I had to leave early in the morning to catch my flight. I am so happy to have found this place and look forward to coming back another time.

Located on a hilltop offering panoramic views of Lake Orta, Hotel Battle Of Britain provides simply furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. I rarely write reviews but I feel this place deserves to be singled out. A true gem in a picturesque region. Affordable, great staff, clean, lovely views and a restaurant which you do not want to skip when making your dinner plans. Had one of the best local food experiences there during my Italy trip.

Hotel La Bussola is set in a peaceful location on the promontory of Orta San Giulio, overlooking Lago d'Orta and San Giulio Island. It features a garden with swimming pool. Just about the most charming place I've ever stayed at and I traveled quite a bit. The room was lovely with a lot of character and the staff rather friendly and welcoming. I believe it's family owned and you can definitely tell. Fantastic breakfast, stunning views of the lake and a short walk from the enchanting town of Orta. I can't wait to go back!

Set on the shores of the picturesque Lake Orta, Hotel San Rocco is a renovated 16th-century monastery. It boasts a beautiful garden with swimming pool and views of the enchanting San Giulio Island. Everything was wonderful, especially watching thunderstorms at night over the lake from our balcony.
