Very good location in the down town. Amazing views over the bay and Corsica. But what really stood out was the kindness of the staff and of the owners. Kind at heart, how all hosts should be like. Everything was fantastic. The place is an oasis at the top of a mountain. If you’re looking to disconnect, enjoy the peaceful quietness with full comfort, Borgo Lu Puleu is the perfect place. Their breakfast is simply the best I’ve ever had at any hotel I’d been before, the staff is beyond charismatic and the owners are very prompt to help you with anything and recommend you things to do around the island of Sardinia. Their pool is really good, and the many resting corners around the hotel are definitely a plus, although I couldn’t move from the pool-sunset chair in the afternoons where the most gorgeous sunsets can be seen. Another great feature of borgo is the tech free zone/stars viewing place, we went almost every night to watch the Milky Way and many shooting stars. Simply magical. We left Borgo Lu Puleu with a wish to have stayed a little longer.
