Super friendly staff. Modern hotel with nice rooms. the rooms are not big, but the one we were staying in was big enough to store our luggage. The rooms were immaculately clean and quiet. We received free toothbrushes, slippers and coffee/tea. Pajamas were available too. A GYM is available too but unfortunately I wasn’t able to check or use it.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. It is a bit old but it has charm and character. If you are big fan of antique look and feel of hotel, you will love this place. Plus, the location is actually pretty good, really close to Okazaki park and Okazaki castle. In addition to it, the hotel is close to 2 local train; Aichi loop line and Meitetsu line.

The room was very clean, the beds are super comfy and they have prepared 3 different kinds of pillows ( 1 hard pillow, 1 feather soft pillow and 1 throw pillow) for each bed which made my sleep very comfortable and relaxing since I am used to sleep using 2 pillows. We spent a night at N Hotel and it was an amazing experience! The moment you enter the hotel and take the elevator to the reception floor, you are greeted by the welcoming staff. After receiving free drinks from a vending machine, we made it to our room on the 5th floor. The photos of the room speak for themselves. The room looks beautiful, elegant, and spacious! The king-sized bed is a joy and the view from the window was great! Everything felt new and aesthetically pleasing in the room. The room comes with a number of tools, a tablet, which with you can order breakfast and different services. It also has a water dispenser, a big TV with a soundbar, different options for lighting, and a secret cabinet which opens from both the outside and inside, so the staff can serve your breakfast inside without entering the room. The bathroom is amazing with lots of amenities and the hot tub is fantastic.
