Staff was exceedingly friendly and caring, even checking multiple times if everything was alright with the room and the meals. The meals themselves were very nice, varied and delicious. The dinner had a large amount of meat for Japanese standards, which was nice. You can reserve the bath in advance for an hour, which is great. The bath itself is very hot and relaxing, I enjoyed it a lot. If I am ever back in Kamogawa, I will be coming back here.

I liked the location in particular but the price, which included breakfast and free transportation to and from airport was a great deal. The room was comfortable with amenities that made it much better. The fact of having a convenience store at the lobby, with reasonable prices, was a plus. Self check in was very easy and quick. I also liked the fact that it really seems that they care for the environment.

This hotel was great - it's a refurbished old, grand western style hotel so it was very spacious with dining halls and a large lobby. It was very comfortable. The staff were really kind and friendly, they made my stay extra comfortable. The open air bath was also a bonus and the main reason I stayed here (tattoo stickers allowed). I was upgraded and the room was very clean and spacious. Overall it was a surprisingly comfortable stay and I would choose this hotel again if I visit Chiba in the future.

Staffs are friendly and quick response in regarding to my suitcase early drop off 1 week in advance before checking in date for free of charge, thank you very much. They provided welcome drinking water in the room for first day and hang a new set of towels in front of the door for another day of stay.

The hotel is really easy to find from Chiba Station. Before our arrival the host sent us a guide on how to get there, the check in information, and the check in was really smooth. The room is pretty cozy, clean, and very great for my family. The bed was clean and quite comfortable. The APA chain is an inexpensive one for short away trips. The rooms tend to be small though manageable for two people with reasonably comfortable beds. There are downstairs restaurants and a place to store your luggage. This hotel is only ten minutes from the train station and is within sight of the Chiba Marines stadium so ideal for baseball fans.
