Amazing family room, fantastic location and great breakfast. Most of all was how accommodating and helpful this hotel was when we were delayed by a day due to a typhoon disrupting public transport (all trains suspended). Well done and thank you !

Located within 1.1 km of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and 1.1 km of Atomic Bomb Dome, HOTEL PROMOTE HIROSHIMA provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hiroshima. The staff of this hotel will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Not only they handled the delivery of our luggages smoothly but they gave us complementary umbrellas to walk in the city (as it was raining). The staff can also keep an eye on your belongings after you check out, which was very good for us, as we had our train in the afternoon. The room was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!
