I love this place so much , easy to check in , the room was big enough for family. The morning market and Lucky Pierrot hamburger was super close to the hotel. Soooooo convenience !!! I can walk to the Port and many places from the hotel. This hotel is in my list if I come back to Hakodate again for sure.

Price is also very affordable for the facility, services, and convenient provided. definitely will stay here again

We always have trouble finding suitable lodging for our family of five, and our preference is always for us to stay together. Sapporo Riverside exceeded my expectations. It has excellent facilities. All the furnishings are brand spanking new. Two showers, one bath, two toilets. We loved it so much that we were sad to leave. The location is by the river. 7-11 is just a stone's throw away (you could literally throw a stone at it), and a few more are within striking distance. There were also great restaurants around. We found a sushi restaurant that served a generous portion of tobiko in their rice bowl. I can't wait to go back.

Great communication with the hotel staff prior to arrival and they were very helpful throughout the stay, can get larger rooms if you go for the Loft series. Paid carpark just beside the hotel.

I loved the kitchenette and proximity to the grocery store so I could save money on meals and get proper nutrition for my special diet. They have the guest's comfort in mind and have the guest experience very thoughtfully planned out. The room was clean and quiet. I was not bothered by cigarette smoke smells or noise.

The most fantastic hotel I've stayed at. Highly recommend! The location was right in the airport. The hotel felt so relaxing and the staff was amazing! The gentleman that helped take our bags to our room was super kind and showed us how to use all the technology in the room. Was a great experience, would love to book here again.
