Ryokan type experience but in a western style environment with hardwood floors in the rooms. The staff are so warm and kind and go above and beyond to provide amazing service. Huge room with outdoor open air bath overlooking the ocean, bed was super firm with great pillows, and there was a huge smart TV which was a welcome break from 5 Japanese TV channels at other hotels. The food served at dinner and breakfast was a real highlight...each dish was amazing made with local ingredients, presented like works of art. Coming here was the most memorable part of our entire Japan trip.

It was a 5-10 min walk to the beach. the view from the infinity pool was spectacular same with the two open air baths which can use for free. The rooms are all clean, the fact that they dont let you wear your outside shoes inside the hotel was a plus for me even if its a little inconvenience when you need to go out real quick. The staff were all awesome.

Wow what a stay! The property is amazing. The facilities were great, we very much enjoyed the bath tub and sauna. It was so clean and spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room had everything you needed and more! I particularly enjoyed the skincare that was provided! The room was stocked with drinks and the bar was great. Ogushi was a fantastic host, simply wonderful. She made suggestions and reservations for amazing restaurants, the best food we’ve had for our whole stay.
