The rooms are nice, big, with very good lighting. The location is about 15 min from the « center » but it’s incredibly quiet and calm. The owner is living there so he is easy to reach and very helpful. The view is great and the little terrasse is nice to have :)

It was a good size, with a shower with excellent water pressure and very hot. Water, coffee, and a kettle provided. The court yard over looking the river was special. The breakfast was tasty. The host was very accommodating and most helpful.

Resort Maison de Nongkhiaw has free bikes, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Nongkhiaw. Among the various facilities are a private beach area and a bar. I had an incredible stay at this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nong Khiaw. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and each one offers breathtaking views of the river and mountain, a true retreat into nature. Although the location is slightly outside the city center, the property provides a free shuttle service, which makes getting around extremely convenient. They also offer kayak rentals, perfect for exploring the serene river. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. I accidentally left something in my room and they efficiently arranged for it to be sent to me in Luang Prabang. Their effort and care truly set this place apart. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway with outstanding service, this is probably the best place to stay in Nong Khiaw!
