From the arrival when you’re welcomed to the lounge everything was great! The lounge itself is comfortable and with quality food, anyone landing after a long trip will find some relaxation there while waiting for the seaplane transfer (which is managed by TMA not the resort directly, sometimes you have to wait a bit to get the plane), lounge has also space and playground for children to make them comfortable and relax parents. The island is a true pearl, very well maintained and with good reef and beaches. You’re welcomed by an ambassador which will support any request during your stay, I take the opportunity to thank mine, Rilwan, for the hospitality and assistance. All your stay and activities can be managed with an application on your smartphone. You can eat at buffet or you can book Rome restaurant (Italian) or beach grill. Both have great food choices and great view to relax your eyes and mind while di in and drinking! Buffet’s food is good as well and for breakfast you have a rich offering. All service is awesome and everyone tries to be helpful. My room was as expected, spectacular view over the lagoon and the sunset. Thanks to the nice Alamin for taking care of the room with respect. The bathtub facing the open ocean is an amazing experience. The reef is beautiful in the east/north side of the island with many fishes and corals. And you’ll meet the usual reef sharks which are so nice. Also some stingrays hangs around. Overall, a great place within the unique context of a Maldivian getaway.

Sun Siyam Vilu reef offers a relaxing beachside experience with its spacious villas, an outdoor pool and an on-site diving centre. A gym and 2 restaurants are also available. Ilha super privada. Os funcionários diziam que estavam cerca de 200 hóspedes, eu raramente vi alguém, a não ser no pequeno almoço. Super silenciosa. Funcionários super simpáticos, amáveis e notoriamente esforçados para que a tua experiência fosse única (alguns). Tivemos upgrade para passar a nossa estadia uma vila em cima do mar o que agradecemos imenso. Especo sempre limpo e funcionário sempre a questionar se queria que fosse novamente limpar o quarto. A comida no restaurante aqua, para quem leva crianças, como era o meu caso é pouco diversificada mas só mais tarde me apercebi que era só falar c o chef e ele ajudava no que fosse preciso. Das pessoas mais simpáticas que conheci. Agora, e o que fez a diferença para que volte sempre para aqui: o médico da ilha. O nosso filho mais novo aterrou em Malé com 40 graus de febre e foi recebido no launge do aeroporto logo com a passagem de informação para o hotel, anteciparam o nosso hidroavião para que ele fosse atendido o quanto antes. Chegamos à ilha e fomos directos à clínica onde já nos esperava juntamente c a enfermeira. Remédios indicados, visto duas vezes por dia e no dia anterior a virmos embora, ficou bom! Toda a ilha já conhecia o Salvador. Todos os funcionários passavam por ele e queriam saber como é q ele estava. No regresso, visto que perdemos um dia da nossa viagem por causa da Emirates, compensaram-nos com o launge no aeroporto e valeu muito a pena, pois estivemos desde as 14h as 21h a descansar ao invés de sentados numa cadeira. O launge oferece massagem (apesar de rápida e de nos ter falhado alguém muito pouco simpático), espaço para banho, jantar, almoço, comida, bebidas e óptimas instalações para dormir. No resort inteiro, para além do médico, o nosso 5* vai para o funcionário Vijay!

But the best part is the staff! ❤️ They go above and beyond to accommodate every wish, they prepare all kinds of surprises, have great tours and excursions, and are some of the most warm-hearted people I have met. The prices are more than reasonable, and the experience of staying on a local island and immersing in the local culture is what a holiday in Maldives should be! If you're still thinking of you should book your holiday here, just do it, and you'll thank yourself when you get here! It was a truly unforgettable experience!!! ✨✨✨

Blue Wave Hotel Maldives está em Kudahuvadhoo e conta com jardim. Com serviço de quarto, esta acomodação também oferece parquinho infantil. Quartos extremamente limpos, roupas e toalhas cheirando a limpeza. Água, café a vontade no quarto. Produtos de higiene pessoal repostos e bons. Café da manhã a escolher no dia anterior e o horário do café também. O café da manhã foi muito bom, com frutas, suco, comida típica e sobremesa. Funcionários sempre dispostos a agradar e proporcionar dias agradáveis. Perto de três mercados, “shopping”, por do sol, praia. Caminhei a ilha toda com tranquilidade, as pessoas me ajudaram com carona de moto e Tuk Tuk quando eu me perdia 😁 Tirei muita foto linda! As imagens do Booking são reais.
