We really enjoyed our stay at Arena del Pacifico. The location of the hotel was perfect. From our small balcony we overlooked the pool and onto small hills. Our room was located at the back of the hotel and as a result was very quiet. The room was functional with hot water and air conditioning. Everything was kept very clean. The included breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and really enhanced our experience. Thank you for making our stay in Huatulco so enjoyable! We highly recommend your hotel.

I spent 8 nights in Huatulco and this property was exactly what I needed. A nicely equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The location is quiet and very safe and only a 25 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to Soriana with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. The WIFI is great and I was able to do all my work, attend zoom meetings and stream my Sunday NFL football. The hosts are friendly and responsive with more than enough english that combined with my limited spanish made it easy to communicate.

Huatulco has a large number of huge resorts often with all in deals and if thats what you want dont choose this property. But if you want a perfect small hotel with a fantastic staff just off the beaten track with a perfect small beach nearby then this is for you. We loved it and the staff could not have done anything more to make our stay more comfortable or stress free. Fantastic location to explore the area then pop back to the hotel for peace and quiet.

The location was very convenient as it is only two blocks from the park which denotes the center of Huatulco. There are 3 king-sized fridges, so there's plenty of room to store groceries. A convenience store (Tienda miscelánea) is just around the corner. There is a big screen TV showing a variety of movies while you wait for the sun to go down just a bit more. A roof top area sports hammocks and sitting areas blessed with cool breezes.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, breezy and well equipped, and has incredible views. The staff were very helpful. The cleaning staff made amazing little animal shapes out of the towels, which the kids loved. The pool is very nice. It was easy to park just outside and the reception helped us to book taxis whenever needed. At night, Carlos was there to open the door. The Bays of Huatulco are amazing and really worth visiting.

A very basic no frills basic hotel with clean beds, a small clean modern bathroom, and not much else. But it is immaculately clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The location one small block from the lively city center makes it a truly excellent value for the very reasonable price. (Note: you'll need a taxi to any beach, 35-70 pesos. Huatulco is a very spread-out city.)

The pool is excellent. It's the saving grace of the place. Some of the staff are friendlier than others. They let me store my luggage until late at night. The beach is not so far away, and there is a beach club at the beach where you can pay to use the beach lounge chairs which was nice. (Not part of the hotel but if you're staying in huatulco it's nice to know)

We came to Huatulco to scuba dive, the location was perfect for the dive Center. Easy enough to walk into Crucecita for dinner. we did not eat at the restaurant. we prefer street vendors. beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. After a week in Mexico with no hot water, this was a treat. Staff was incredibly friendly.

First of all the location of the hotel is amazing! The staff was friendly as soon as arrival. They greeted us with a non alcoholic smoothie since it was hot!! The bed was AMAZING! Me and my boyfriend did not want to leave after 3 days there. Would recommend & hope to one day visit Huatulco Again <3

Nice clean room and bathroom with smallpox on the balcony. The rooms oversee the pool and the ocean. Great location amazing sunrises. The restaurants in the hotel are 5 stars. We really did not have any reason to dine elsewhere. Fine cuisine, great high quality ingredients. Best experience in Huatulco.

Everything was pretty much on point. There was A/C and the hotel is literally in the center of Huatulco's main square, so you can go grab some food and go back to your room in less than 5 minutes. The staff was nice and they supplied us with all the usual stuff - shampoo, soap, etc.

What’s not to like about it other than the price, but then all the budget hotels on Huatulco are overpriced. It is basic, clean, the bed was comfortable, shower was great. There’s a wonderful restaurant across the street for breakfast. The location is outstanding.

We had a room with two very comfortable queen sized beds. The breakfast was plentiful each morning and great service. The pool was great for cooling off on returning to the hotel each day from our visits around Huatulco. The off-road parking was convenient

It was a nice hotel, conveniently located in Huatulco, internet worked well (in the wi-fi zone) sucked in the room, staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lovely park next to the hotel. Dog friendly.

Pool. All the service staff, especially Tomaso :-) The maids did an exceptional job. Alex was the bright spot of the hotel. He showed us the real Huatulco. I'll forever be grateful to him.

The most private of the resort hotels in Tangolunda, Huatulco. The staff are great, breakfast good and the pool is huge! Large comfy rooms and beautiful villa style buildings.

Huatulco area lovely with great beaches - very hot and humid. Apartment somewhat remote without car. On site host was very helpful. Pools very nice . Security good

It is THE PLACE TO BE while in Huatulco… Ray at the reception is A 5 STAR MAN, EXCEPTIONAL !!! A New hotel, employees are Super,helpful and very kind… BRAVO 👏 .
