Located in Playa del Carmen, 8.8 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking,... I have put some thoughts before writing this review.. the thing is this is probably one of the best resorts in the world! I mean it’s not ultra fancy, perfect nor it is for everyone, but I think it’s for most of people out there. It’s new, eco friendly, massive, clean, organized, locally focused, Mexican in heart with amazing food and drinks and gives access to all xcaret brand parks and facilities (besides casa de la playa, the most exclusive one). In a lot of ways it improves the already good Xcaret Mexico hotel (the first one). Indeed 3 years ago I have stayed in Xcaret Mexico hotel and besides the obvious absence of children in this one I founded the service much better overall, the refinement improved, the materials although similar are newer and feel more modern and stylish. I really appreciated the scent change in bath amenities, much better than in the previous hotel (actually I have complained before). In the first day I was a little disappointed as the main pool was very cold…don’t know if a conversation I had with the pool staff had any consequence but the following days the water was so much warmer, it was really enjoyable! So it is definitely a heated pool! The hotel should keep it always warm as its the best spot of the resort to linger! I also found a smaller pool besides building Casa Musica that is much hotter than the others, a calm place to relax and to enjoy great coktails (secret spot!). The food. Where to start… a massive main restaurant Mercado de San Juan which can be overwhelming big, delivers impressive high quality food considering the variety and the massive amount of food available all day long. I just think it is not well organized, there is deserts in the middle, Mexican food scattered around, and just seems a little confusing to navigate. Regarding the a la Carte restaurants they are all good quality but Tah Xido and Encanta restaurants were a level above the rest, truly amazing experience!

Set in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

An incredibly beautiful resort. Love the design: modern , stylist , very comfortable. Very tranquil place to relax and reboot. Service was top notch and the food was amazing.

Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and restaurant in Playa del Carmen. The stay at Casa tortugas had truly exceeded my expectation in various aspects. This boutique hotel is located right outside of the Xcaret Park. The driving time from this hotel to the park is around 5 minutes. My room was spacious and well decorated. All staffs were attentative and showed hospitality, friendliness, and care. We had chances to spot wild spider monkeys and even feed the monkeys with bananas provided by the hotel, which is the highlight of our stay.

Located in Tulum, 16 km from Tulum Archeological Site, The Yellow Nest Tulum provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The floating breakfast and dinner is really delicious. I highly recommend the grilled fish. They have a specific fishing man catch fish everyday. The concierge Arturo and Hugo are extremely thoughtful And helpful. 24h at our service. The hotel is definitely beautiful like the picture. Btw our villa is very cute.

Situated in Chemuyil, 19 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Magic Xcacel Tulum features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The hotel is nestled beautifully in the jungle. Quiet. Peaceful. Serene. Esther and the young man working were such amazing hosts! Even made us a special Mexican breakfast when I asked. They took care of everything with genuine care and smile. The hotel is in the small town of Chemuyil, which has a small town charm and is surrounded by cenotes. Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

We had the best time here. The property is gorgeous. From the rooms to the facilities and the tours, everything was well taken care of. Lovely spacious rooms designed tastefully. The staff are very friendly and passionate about working here. Enjoyed the free tours that are available especially the underground river. A calm and peaceful retreat.

Set in Tulum, 3.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Botånica Tulum offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. A perfect stay at Hotel Botanica! Fernando and Alexandre’s team was amazing—taking great care of us from the moment we arrived after a tiring journey. The room was spotless, the hotel itself a splendid haven of peace, and the breakfast absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it 100%!

Conveniently set in the centre of Playa del Carmen, Casarte Boutique Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a terrace. Everything. Everything was absolutely amazing! It’s a shame that we only planned two nights at playa — will come back for a longer stay! The house is a special piece of art. Each room is designed ingeniously and each piece of furniture is a special art piece. The rooms are very clean, equipped with all facilities you’ll need. The place is in a good locations close to many good restaurants and bars, and yet surprisingly quiet. Apart from the hotel, Fabri, the host, is a gem himself. He not only take care of our stay, but takes care of EVERYTHING. From airport pick up (at two different terminals even), recommendation for car rentals, for restaurants, for day trip recommendations, the lift to the ferry… with his knowledge he helped us arrange literally everything (he always gives a large range of options for everything and so at no time do we feel like he forces our hands for his benefits, all of his advices are 100% sincerr) Because of Fabri, we had a brain-dead vacation and a fantastic holiday.
