Helpful staff, nice room and beautiful garden. Didn’t find it in the first place on the street but managed to do in the end. we even met the owner and he’s such a nice person. 100% recommend it.

The mixture of hostal and hotel was a good one. Attention to detail was second to none. Nice small touches made our stay all the more enjoyable. Would definitely return.

Located in Playa del Carmen, 8.8 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking,... I have put some thoughts before writing this review.. the thing is this is probably one of the best resorts in the world! I mean it’s not ultra fancy, perfect nor it is for everyone, but I think it’s for most of people out there. It’s new, eco friendly, massive, clean, organized, locally focused, Mexican in heart with amazing food and drinks and gives access to all xcaret brand parks and facilities (besides casa de la playa, the most exclusive one). In a lot of ways it improves the already good Xcaret Mexico hotel (the first one). Indeed 3 years ago I have stayed in Xcaret Mexico hotel and besides the obvious absence of children in this one I founded the service much better overall, the refinement improved, the materials although similar are newer and feel more modern and stylish. I really appreciated the scent change in bath amenities, much better than in the previous hotel (actually I have complained before). In the first day I was a little disappointed as the main pool was very cold…don’t know if a conversation I had with the pool staff had any consequence but the following days the water was so much warmer, it was really enjoyable! So it is definitely a heated pool! The hotel should keep it always warm as its the best spot of the resort to linger! I also found a smaller pool besides building Casa Musica that is much hotter than the others, a calm place to relax and to enjoy great coktails (secret spot!). The food. Where to start… a massive main restaurant Mercado de San Juan which can be overwhelming big, delivers impressive high quality food considering the variety and the massive amount of food available all day long. I just think it is not well organized, there is deserts in the middle, Mexican food scattered around, and just seems a little confusing to navigate. Regarding the a la Carte restaurants they are all good quality but Tah Xido and Encanta restaurants were a level above the rest, truly amazing experience!

Conveniently located in the centre of Mérida, Viva Merida Hotel Boutique offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. Our son became ill during the trip and the staff was so helpful - beyond words! They organized a doctor to come to the hotel and supported us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was also delicious - and there was always a mini portion for our baby :) Super family friendly!

Hotel Para Ti - Adults Only has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Holbox Island. The staff was very welcoming, the food was delicious, the two pools were very clean and the location was perfect.

Offering two 24-hour pools, one nestled in a cave with salty, hot water, and a second one outdoor in the hammocks area, Hotel Zentik Project is situated in Valladolid in the Yucatán Region, 39 km from... The ambience of the place . We love the smaller Intimate boutique hotels. The cave was spectacular and although we have stayed here before, we enjoy it every time. My brother and his wife on vacation from Canada were impressed by the facilities as well. The food was great as well as all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Keep up what you're doing. In our opinion the best hotel we have stayed in all our travels around Mexico. Cheers

Absolutely loved our stay here - this place is genuinely paradise. The hotel is right on the nicest part of the beach ( a 30 second walk from bedroom to the beach) and has the nicest beds and palapas when compared to the other hotels. The rooms were spotless, really clean and had great air conditioning. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels and beach towels were given every day also. Food and drinks were delicious and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and generous portions. Staff couldn’t do enough for you - they absolutely made the place. As a young group of girl travellers who were concerned about safety, we felt so safe and secure here and at ease knowing we were in good hands. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it is genuinely a slice of heaven - we will definitely be back!

The bungalows are small but they are right in front of the beautiful lagoon so you get a million dollar view! Free use of kayak, SUP board, scooters,.. is included and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel er staðsett í Tulum, nokkrum skrefum frá South Tulum-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. It was a pleasure to stay there. So beautiful and relaxing. Really sweet and helpful stuff. Nice breakfast. Located at the best and most beautiful part of Tulum beach 🧡
