It was a really centrical place, right next to the central bus station, the rooms were clean tho my bed sheet had a (bleach?) stain on it but overall really clean. They also have a terrace with a somewhat nice view of the whole city and downtown is not far away.

This was my first time there.
This was my first time there. I joined friends [from Canada] who were there for a birthday party of a local friend of theirs. The female half of the Canadian couple is an anthropologist who has studied Mexico for decades, and taught about it at universities both there and back in Canada, and even lived in Tlaxcala for some years. I am quite sure that I heard more about local history and lore in our few short hours of walking around the town [outside of birthday party hours] than many would. [I picked up a 'book' of local things to do at the hotel lobby and some of what she told me might be in there] There are several museums on my list for next time - I strongly suspect that there will be a next time. We had 'brunch' somewhere along the zocalo upon arrival then our next two meals were hosted privately, so not a lot of restaurant review. D and B said that the 'Fonda de la Convent' [name may not be exact] on the pathway between the Convent and the zocalo is very good.

I have stayed at all the local hotels in the main Tlaxcala area and this one is my favorite. It's certainly one of the best. It's certainly one of the quietest. It is not too far from the main square/ plaza of Tlaxcala. It has the best WiFi of all the local hotels. It's a small hotel. The staff is excellent. The rooftop terraza is amazing. I have stayed here at least 3 times. I'll be making use of this hotel in the future.

Clean hotel located very close to the city centre of Tlaxcala. There's a nice bar on the roof but it's not noisy - the music is turned off around 9 p.m. Hotel offers water, coffee, tea and laundry service. TV has the access to streaming services, the internet works smoothly. Beds are comfortable and there were extra blankets available. Rooms are cleaned regularly, bathroom is ok.
