It was like travelling in time with all the comfort. Good size and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast experience. Staff was super attentious and available to support us. This hotel is also really well located and close to a variety of attractions and restaurants.

Zero to complain about. Spotlessly clean room. It is tremendously difficult to find upmarket hotels that allow pets and Noordin Mews is a Godsend. Perfectly located. We arrived late and found the room ready and already cooled with the air conditioning for our arrival. Fabulous shower with hot water available all the time. Coffee machine in the room and water supplied everyday. Seamless communication before we arrived via whats app. Lovely breakfast, extremely friendly and hospitable staff. Rooms were cleaned meticulously every day and absolutely smell free - you'd never know pets were staying there. Lovely little gifts for our 3 dogs and the room comes with little doggy bags and handy packs of aloe wipes. In the room is a handy guide to pet friendly dining and places, incl which beach to go to. I rarely leave reviews and this is well earned. We will definitely be back.

Ruby and Judy were very friendly and eager to help, with advice for things to do and places to eat, but also very caring when I sprained my ankle.

Had a fabulous stay here for 1 night. For the price- this is a really good deal. The rooms are clean and spacious with 2 bedroom n living hall plus suite SPA bath.. All the room amenities are perfect (minibar ,safe box, iron, body wash, toothbrush, towels, hairdryer etc:) The service was exceptional -every member of the team from the reception and housekeeping went beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel location is perfect in the middle of Georgetown ,just few minutes drive to all the best spot in Penang. Will back soon for another memorable stay with The Palm Suite at Lava Mansion.

The room size is very comfortable. Whether it is a double bed room or a twin bed room, it is very nice. This time we booked two rooms, one of which has an ocean view. The aunts were super happy. There will be ice cream to cool down upon check-in, which is very humanized. Next door is the shopping mall, which is very convenient. The room is cleaned very clean, and there is night service.

Elegant, charming. The hotel is beautiful, clean. There are plenty of places to eat, drink. It also has two swimming pools. The rooms are large, with nice bed and bathroom. It is value for money and close to all the tourist locations in Georgetown. The staff are very friendly and professional

Una bona ubicació per visitar Georgetown. L'habitació és molt gran i el llit molt còmode i amb tot tipus d'equipaments i detalls , les instal·lacions es veuen una mica antigues, però en molt bon estat de conservació. Esmorzar molt complert i variat, amb tot tipus d'opcions. Personal amable.

Everything is amazing. The room is absolutely huge, a suite with everything so beautifully decorated. There is a pool in my suite but also a huge pool on the eighth floor with a spa, gym and kid facility there too. Breakfast is a huge buffet with interesting Malay foods as well as standard Western food. A number of interesting restaurants and special dinners. The staff could not be better. Courteous, caring efficient, charming. Best bang for your buck especially with the favorable exchange rate. Bahrain is a nightmare with their exchange rate
