The hotel was set in large landscaped grounds with the rooms spaced apart from each other. There was a swimming pool with a bar area and a restaurant. The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Offering a private beach area and water sports facilities, Laguna Beach Club is situated in Laguna de Apoyo in the Masaya Department. Cheapest option around and still very comfortable! I slept in the dorm which was clean, quiet, confortable. Nice kitchen where you can cook your own meal. You go down a few stairs and get to enjoy the beautiful lake. Very nice view from the reception. Very quiet by night, I enjoyed my stay. Very nice staff too

Situated in La Laguna, 11 km from Mirador de Catarina, Coco Bay features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. It's a perfect place to relax. Situated directly at the lake you'll just grab your towel in the morning and go for a swim. You could just relax in one of the hammocks as well or grab a kayak which is included in the dorm price. People working here are super friendly and speak quite good English as well. Dorms are spacious with a big ceiling fan. Every bed itself has a little locker, lamp and fan. Bathroom with cold shower but due to the daily heat that's been alright. Breakfast (pancakes with fruit) is included for the dorm rooms. They offer lunch buffet and feature a bar. For one dollar you could get food delivered for dinner from the neighbouring hostel Paradiso as they do have an agreement with their kitchen. You can use the communal kitchen and cook yourself. If you wanna do that come prepared and bring your food as the next real shop with fruit and veggies is a taxi ride away. They do offer a meet and greet dinner with a set dish during the week for bout 8,50$ (7,50$ veggi) which is a great way to get to know the others staying here and the only food they offer for dinner.

Featuring pool views, La Table de Apoyo offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar, around 9 km from Mirador de Catarina. By far the best stay in whole Central America! Very clean, nice big pool, how water though out the whole day. The breakfast was amazing with fresh baked French bread every single day! But the best thing about this place are the hosts. We felt right at home, very friendly and helpful. We really can’t explain how lovely they were. (The location is very close to the laguna but taking a taxi is cheap and easy so it’s worth it).
