Why did we book this place? The location is excellent! All hotels in this area are a great choice if you’re planning to do a lot of hiking in the Tatras. After a long day of hiking, it’s much easier to avoid walking through all of Krupówki. So, location was key for us. Another big highlight is the free parking. Even though we didn’t use our car during the trip (since we were in the mountains), having free parking was definitely a plus. Finally, having a kettle was really important to us because we needed to prepare tea for our hikes.

Convenient location: 20 second walk to local grocery store, and about 2-3 minute walk to burger joint (which is quite good). easy to go to tatras, both polish and slovak sides (depending on traffic, which tends to be quite jammed on polish side). also close to thermal baths. spacious, clean apartment, with modern enough appliances. the host was very accommodating and helpful, offering suggestions on where to go and how to avoid crowds (which we didn't heed enough, this entire region has crazy over-tourism issue).

Exceptional focus on the guests. Propably the best breakfast I have had in Poland due home made high quality ingredients. Location is perfect, a bit off the huzzle and puzzle but at the same time easy access to both Slovakian and Polish Tatras. One does not really need even the balcony as terrace area is sizable and you may enjoy beautiful mountain views from the house and nearby viewpoints. It is a real gem and would recommend for anyone who appreciate genuine local cuisine, friendly hosts and mountains.

- the parking lot is large enough to accommodate cars even when the house is full - it is very convenient to enter the house, as the locks work with a pin code - the window of the apartment overlooks the high Tatras, which is breathtaking - the apartment was warm and kind of cozy - when the neighbors weren't making noise in the hallway, there was silence and peace in the apartment - unfortunately, my car got a flat tire but the owner was very helpful so we can fixed it

The location is just perfect: beautiful view on the valley and the Tatras behind. One note: the road (last 500 meters) could be a bit tricky in heavier snow/ice conditions, but otherwise it’s okay for any type of cars. Entering, key collection and key drop-off were simple and fast. The apartment was roomy, super clean and well-equipped (both bathroom and kitchen). The huge windows help you to enjoy the perfect view. 😊🏔️

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the Tatras. Very easy access everywhere around, to the thermal baths, Zakopane and Morskie Oko. Quite big parking (even if it gets full!). Breakfast was amazing, with a majestic view to the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very big rooms and comfortable bed. They have a small spa area with jacuzzi and 2 saunas which were perfect after many hours driving.

The room is big and everything os clean and comparatively new. Breakfast is good and the closest Karczma (you get the discount to it) is classical one with Polish cousine. The view from our room was very nice - one side was looking to Tatras and green field (another one was to the road side and neigbour house). Generally it was good for weekend stay for us visiting Terma Bania.

Very nice and modern apartment. Everything was clean and worked as it shoud. A lot of parking space. Lovely cat and dog :) We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Great option if You want to explore Slovakian part of High Tatras, but don’t want to stay on Slovakian side. Slovakian-Polish border was very close.

- THE VIEW. From the balcony you get an unobstructed, picturesque, literally breathtaking view of the Polish Tatras. Just sit down and relax. It is simply amazing, no exaggeration. - The apartment is spacious, cozy, and feels like home. Not a hotel experience, but a warm home experience. - 2 toilets!

The hotel and its staff are just outstanding. I'm sure the location has one of the best scenery in the area about the Tatras' peaks. We loved the great breakfast too and the clean spa. Amazing place to stay. Not crowded location yet very close to Zakopane and the mountains.

Freshly renovated, spacious, quiet apartment with a large balcony with a superb view over the Tatras and the surrounding hills; delicious breakfast with varied courses. As an extra, our kids loved the game room with a pool table and many toys for younger children.

We spent wonderful days there. The surroundings are picturesque. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you might need. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Tatras. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We loved it and will be back next year :)

Very nice location, everything was just right. The apartment we had was very spacious, equipped with everything we needed and very clean. I recommend 100%. Very good location for nature walks and views of the High Tatras mountains.

Communication with the host was excellent. Handing over the keys was very convenient. The apartment was very cozy and beautiful. A great view of the Tatras. Full of light. The children played Monopoly. All amenities were there.

We loved our stay in VK11. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and in a great location. The host was very friendly and helpful. We will choose VK 11 on our next vacation as well to the Tatras.

We had 4bad Deluxe room. Very nice apartment, a lot of space, dishwasher, balcony, view to Hi Tatras.
