Service oriented, not tired, friendly staff in reception and restaurants, high attention to details everywhere, like a separate big coffee machine for those who need lactose-free milk, free e-car charging, etc. etc....

Arredato con gusto, più spazioso di come appare nelle foto, dotato di tutti i comfort e pulito. La zona è molto silenziosa ed immersa nella natura, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal rumoroso e affollato centro di Karpacz. A pochi metri presente una fermata del bus, un minimarket molto fornito e diversi ristoranti. Self check in comodissimo ed elasticità per tardare il check out.

The room was very clean, (Thank you Klaudia), the staff on the Fron Desk and Restaurant was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. The heating was really good, as well as the view of the rooms. Definitey would reccomend it.

Ampia stanza molto accogliente dai toni caldi con affaccio sul magnifico castello. Il bagno è spazioso e il letto è confortevole. La zona SPA è molto bella e offre diversi servizi inclusi quali sauna, bagno turco, percorso di acqua calda e fredda, spaziosa piscina e capiente vasca idromassaggio. Inoltre, come gran parte della struttura ricettiva, gode di ampio affaccio, grazie ai due lati lunghi quasi interamente finestrati, sull edificio centrale del castello e i suoi giardini. Ottima colazione con vasta offerta di pietanze dolci e salate in una bella sala dai toni chiari e classici.

Location was great. The views were fantastic. The rooftop tarrace access was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. I liked that the window opened to let the fresh mountin air in. I got bottled water and fresh towels when needed. 2 bottled waters were replenished daily. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Good selection. Espresso machines had great coffee and variety of teas were also available. Staff was friedly, courteous and knowledgable.

I really liked the clean pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room facilities. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a balcony overlooking the forest. The toilet was very big too and everything was clean. I was very impressed.

Excellent views (if you get the correct room), comfortable beds, warm and cozy flat, good kitchen, nice TV and easy access with a car. Parking only outside, no garage. Bathroom was good too and hot shower, everything was perfectly clean. Can recommend.

Super children friendly place, somehow it’s organized the way parents also get their rest while kids are having a good time. I loved the water area, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pools (huge ones) were really amazing. I loved that you can borrow what you need for your kids(all ages)

Many things to do. Especially for kids. we didn’t have kids kids, but we enjoyed too. the apartments and facility as a whole is very beutiful and tasteful. The viking club is really fun and the food is nice. They don’t use much spices so I guess it is really appropriate rather for kids. We loved the wellness. Absolutely a must go!
