The staff is very warm and welcoming and were willing to go above and beyond to help us with everything we needed! Facilities offer everything you need including a great spa. Melissa at the front desk, Rui at the bar, and Marta in the rooftop restaurant were all top notch! The owner, Joana Melo, is what you look for in upper management. She really cares about her guest's stay. Highly, highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Sao Miguel. We will be back.

An excellent, varied breakfast and two best dinners we tried on the island. We ate the best cheesecake ever. Big praise for the chef. Reasonsble dinner prices even cheaper then in other restaurants on the iceland. Extremely friendly staff. The only small complaint is the narrow street that you have to take back to the facility after dinner, but that can also be avoided by having dinner in their restaurant. You will not be sorry.
