The staff in this recently opened property are very attentive and made for a memorable stay. The accommodation, in chalets, is laid out in an idyllic garden with so many flowering plants attended by so many brightly coloured birds, it is so relaxing. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the beds are the best. We enjoyed our food although more variety in menu would be appreciated. It is handily located for the Volcanoes NP and the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Foundation.

With garden views, Sambora Kinigi is situated in Kinigi and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Wonderful staff, very friendly, genuine and truly kind people. We felt at home right when we stepped in and were welcomed by amazing dancers from a tribe nearby. We really enjoyed dancing with them all day and all night. Rwanda is a country rich in culture and the accommodation made it a point to actively educate us about that, which we really appreciated. The place is very close to the volcanoes national park, making it easy for monkey and gorilla trekking (just 5 min drive away). We would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a wonderful and unforgettable experience in the Virunga mountains, in the Northern province of Rwanda.

Set 43 km from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, URUGANO VIRUNGA PALACE offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a bar. The place is simple but very comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a very efficient shower. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to help. For example they offered a complimentary great lemongrass tea when we were back from our excursion, cleaned our walking boots from mud, etc. We had the best dinner we had in Rwanda (including much more expensive places).

The location and gardens are amazing and the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Their chef is a wizard in the kitchen and the meals expertly prepared. And then there is the resident fur baby - Sparky, who welcomes you to the property! The Lodge is also conveniently located close to the Volcanoes National Park and there are little touches such as preparing snacks to take with when you go gorilla trekking and cleaning muddy boots that make the stay extra special. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and well-appointed. My room was huge and in the evenings the staff add warm water bottles to your bed and light a fire so the room is cosy when you return from dinner.

With garden views, Under Volcanoes View Guest House is set in Nyarugina and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, outdoor fireplace and children's playground. This my second time staying at this place , again the made it ! The high quality of services and attention to details remains. the staff is amazing , the rooms are comfortable and immaculate , last time staying here everything was simple but basic and now we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than Under Volcanoes View in Rwanda ! Other thing to highlight is how amazing is the manager Michael , he is always ready to help you from the time you book until the check out time and it does not end there but he keep following up to make sure that everything went well either on your staying as well as after the staying i would definitely give this place 5 stars and i will come back again and again
