Every staff member from the front desk to the servers in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and friendly and ALWAYS accommodating to any questions or requests we had. The food/drinks and location were perfect and made for an incredible stay while we were in Košice celebrating our wedding. We will happily return next time we are in town!

The room and its furniture are pretty new or highly maintained. Nice view from the room. Although the high floor (by stairs), the reception person offered us his help to carry our heavy suitcase.
