Dar Hi is a design hotel 1 minutes’ walk from Nefta’s palmgroves in southern Tunisia. A natural hot spring heats the outdoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy a hammam and spa treatments on site. Dar Hi was a huge surprise. I haven't seen many places like this and the architect of the hotel deserves a big award. Incredible views of the city, gorgeous interior, really excellent cuisine and all this complemented by a really attentive staff. The icing on the cake is the hammam and heated pool. I regret that we could not stay more than one night.

Beautifully situated, large, slightly dated but well kept hotel. Welcome with a smile by the lovely Basma at reception. Huge room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, silent airco. Lovely little balcony, quiet. Huge and very clean pool, nice and fresh in the desert heat. Friendly staff.

Situated within 46 km of Ong Jemel in Tozeur, Maison D'Hôtes villa Fatima provides accommodation with seating area. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. This was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had! Such a wonderful family who were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Fatima is a wonderful cook so we chose to have dinner every night at the house, the food was exceptional. Helped us arrange activities in the local area and gave us some great tips. Hope we can come back one day!
