I was having elbow surgery, which was the reason for the visit. The staff was wonderful. She helped me get my juice and put it into a bag for me so it was easy for me to get it up to my room. The staff was incredible. Everybody was really nice. It was clean. It was quiet. I loved how you had the hooks outside. The bathroom door was really easy to hang up our stuff. The room seem to be really well insulated so it was really quiet. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

We loved this hotel! Beautiful, right in the heart of downtown! We arrived late and were fully accommodated! The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were wonderful! Our room was massive and awesome! Funky and comfy! The included breakfast was also awesome and we were able to leave our car for a bit to explore the downtown river park. Would totally stay again!!

Just 7 minutes’ drive from Gonzaga Univeristy, The Madison Inn by Riversage is located in Spokane, Washington. Free WiFi access and free parking are available at this hotel. Booking gave us an upgrade to a bigger king room and it was nice, the more room. We would do that again. We like the Madison for location, ease of facility, friendly staff and ability to take the dog.
