There is so much to like about the Diamond Luxury Hotel. First of all, the staff was amazing. Hieu, after just one call, was able to book our transportation to and from Hanoi and our day cruise on Ha Long Bay and he did it perfectly. We even asked to change around some of our activities after booking and it was no problem at all. In addition, the value for the money of this place is incredible as the rooms were modern and clean, and the views from the 9th floor Bar and Restaurant were simply amazing. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The ship was excellent. This is probably the best cruise line in Ha Long Bay. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The showers were clean and had hot water the whole time. We always had clean towels. They even had a gym and humidor with good cuban cigars. The mixed drinks were amazing, which is a rarity in Vietnam. The food was outstanding. I seek out great restaurants wherever I travel and the food on the boat was some of the best we had in Vietnam. Nobody was hungry and everyone was happy with the choices/options.

The dining experience surpassed our expectations with an array of delectable dishes that appealed to every palate. Whether you're a fan of traditional Vietnamese cuisine or craving international flavors, there's something to satisfy every taste bud. As for our accommodation, it was nothing short of splendid. Our cabin not only provided comfort but also treated us to breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. Waking up to the majestic sight right from our bed was truly an unforgettable experience, making our stay even more memorable.

This cruise was one of the best experiences ever. All the staff were all so friendly, kind and helpful, especially our waitress Mia who took the time to help me with my dietary requirements as a vegan and provide excellent service. The room was better than I could have imagined very spacious, clean and comfortable. The activities were great, was a lovely way to see more of Ha long bay. Really nice cruise along Bai Tu Long Bay. We really enjoyed that this part of the bay is more quiet and tranquil than the crowded Ha Long Bay. Magnificent views and fun activities! The boat is clean and the room very spacious and comfortable Our guide Mr Morning was super friendly, attentive and spoke excellent English (which is something not that common in Vietnam). He really took good care of us! Thank you. I think this kind of cruise is a must do when visiting Vietnam. Absolutely worth it.

We had an overnight stay on the V'Spirit Cruise. It was a luxury experience from the pick up in Hanoi to a drop off back in the city. We were looked after brilliantly the whole time by Jimmy as part of 'Jimmy Family'. The boat was stunning, our room was amazing, the food was exceptional and Ha Long Bay is a must-do if you're in Vietnam. We also loved having the chance to kayak through a cave into a hidden lake and we even saw wild monkeys. We enjoyed other activities too.

I recently enjoyed an incredible cruise in Ha Long Bay. The stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters created a breathtaking backdrop. The staff, especially Tiger, was attentive, and our cabin was comfortable with beautiful views. Dining was a highlight, featuring delicious Vietnamese dishes. We also had fun kayaking and swimming, with unforgettable sunset views. Overall, this cruise perfectly balanced relaxation and adventure—highly recommended for anyone visiting Vietnam!

Absolutely beautiful, stunning spacious room and totally spotless. Hang and Khanh Phuong were so friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us book a fabulous cruise around Ha Long Bay. 5 minutes walk to the stunning beach and we used Grab to take us to restaurants close by. We were there just after Typhoon Yagi and there was a lot of destruction in the outer area but this did not impact on the area by the hotel. Genesis Cruise gave us a memorable stay in Ha Long. Their food options were great. A taste of Vietnam and went out of their way to cater for what we needed. A fine dining experience. A warm reception and professional attention to details. From the beginning the communication with the agent (Ms Chee) was so helpful and prompt. She made our experience enjoyable. The luxury shuttle from Hanoi hotel to Ha Long Bay (3 hours drive) was a cherry on top! Not expected at all.

We had booked a one day cruise with Stellar of the Seas. A transfer was also arranged for us from the hotel with a private car. Everything was organised and executed to perfection. The cruise along Ha Long bay was a lifetime experience. The ship was beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. "Boo" was our "butler" who was always around to assist. Food was great and more than plenty and the room was simply beautiful.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the front beach. The rooms feature a modern and minimalist design, perfect for those who aren't fans of floral tiles or old-fashioned decor. The business owner was very helpful and arranged an amazing day trip to Ha Long bay with pickup right from the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. They also responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the hot water.

The hotel itself is immaculate, the staff go above abd beyond in every single capacity. I would like to give a special mention about Pham Viet Ahn (Benjamin) who looked after me and my girlfriend throughout with a constant smile as well as giving us a free upgrade. Also amazing were Than Duc Nguyen and Nghia who welcomed us very warmly. The room was exceptional with panoramic views from multiple bay windows across Ha long bay.

Staffs were really kind and nice. They even helped us find my friend's phone! Hotel room and facilities were clean and high-end. Night dinner and Morning Buffet was superb and so delicious!! Especially I liked various breads. In front of hotel, there are Ha long bay Islands so scenery was also top-notch!! Besides, all of them above is only $60 in a day!! What a reasonable and inexpensive hotel!!!

I contacted the hotel in advance and booked a one-day tour to visit Lan Ha Bay. In the morning, the staff arranged transportation for us to the pier to start the journey to the islands. I had the opportunity to kayak, explore the ancient village of Viet Hai, and enjoy a delicious lunch on the boat. From there, we could even see Ha Long Bay, which was a pleasant and exciting surprise.

The family who run this hotel are fantastic. They are very thoughtful and helped us plan trips as part of our stay. We visited Ha Long City, had a cruise to Ha Long Bay and visited Cat Bay Island via the ferry. The room was spacious with a very large bed, and a balcony woth a lovely view over the water to the mountains. We had a lovely relaxing stay here, thank you!

The staff were very attentive, sometimes too attentive but did the best they could to help us. Hotel was very spacious and when we went, we were probably the only guests in the hotel so we had all the space we wanted in the pool. The staff has been extremely helpful with booking taxis and tours for us. One of the few places in Ha Long Bay with air conditioning.

If you don’t need to use swimming pool, gym or don’t need to have hotel’s free breakfast, so you definitely should stay at this property because it was located in A La Carte Ha Long Bay Hotel, but because it is being run by a private host so price is much more reasonable than hotel’s rooms. The host was nice. And the room was as beautiful and as good as hotel’s.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with superb view of Ha Long bay and close to all the bars and restaurants. The rooms are big and have all the facilities that you need. The hosts Joy and family are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything you need. Overall we had a great time. Totally reccomend it. Thank you to Joy and mum :)

I had a wonderful vacation here. Following the receptionist's recommendation, I visited the nearby Marina Beach – a beautiful beach with many local seafood restaurants at affordable prices. The next day, we conveniently traveled to Ha Long Bay. We booked our boat tickets through the hotel reception, and they provided excellent service.

The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff, advised me to rent a motorcycle, which I found to be a great option—it was cost-effective and allowed us the freedom to explore the beautiful scenery. I also loved the sixth-floor pool, where we could enjoy views of Ha Long Bay.
