Excellent customer service. The front desk helped us rent a motor bike for the day, showed us where the popular spots to stop were, then helped us book a boat tour the next day. We had a transfer booked back to Hanoi at 5pm, so they called the bus company to arrange for us to be picked up from the harbor after the trip.

We came to take a cruise to see Ha Long Bay. The staff here are very friendly and assist you with any issues.

The Host and Owner Lucky is the most thoughtful and friendly person we have met in Vietnam. His service was immaculate. He arranged the greatest boat tour we had since. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. We could even bring some back to the room and trips we've planned for the day There are plenty of beautiful places we visited on Cat Ba. Everything was easily accessible by (motor) scooter. If you ever visit Cat Ba, don't miss out on Lucky and his family Boutique hotel.

Halong Bay on uskomattoman kaunis alue ja se kannattaa käydä katsomassa. Risteilyalusta ja hyttiä valitessa on hyvä ottaa huomioon, että mainoskuvat antavat usein liian positiivisen kuvan majoituksesta. Ei kannata ottaa halvemmasta päästä jos antaa vähänkin arvoa hyvälle tasolle.
