The hotel is very new and impeccably clean, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. My wife had a serious stomach issue in the evening and needed to go to the hospital. The manager personally came from home to assist us, helped with translation at the hospital, and even bought the necessary medicine. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife received proper care. We are deeply grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Set in Cat Ba and with Cat Co 1 Beach reachable within 1.2 km, Cat Ba Friendly Hotel offers concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Excellent customer service. The front desk helped us rent a motor bike for the day, showed us where the popular spots to stop were, then helped us book a boat tour the next day. We had a transfer booked back to Hanoi at 5pm, so they called the bus company to arrange for us to be picked up from the harbor after the trip.

Halong Bay on uskomattoman kaunis alue ja se kannattaa käydä katsomassa. Risteilyalusta ja hyttiä valitessa on hyvä ottaa huomioon, että mainoskuvat antavat usein liian positiivisen kuvan majoituksesta. Ei kannata ottaa halvemmasta päästä jos antaa vähänkin arvoa hyvälle tasolle.

Everything about the resort is impresive. The boat ride to the resort makes you feel like you are in a movie. Big beautiful rooms. Very clean. We had views over looking Ha long bay, from our balcony, i could have sat there forever. Very good breakfast, food and cocktails. Well worth the money

Very nice hotel located in my opinion in the best point of Cat Ba Town - just 2-3 min walking to the city center with a lots of restaurants, bars and shops, and other other hand just 10 min walking to the amazing beach. The rooms are spacious, the surrounding is quiet and green, as you aren't so close to the city center. Breakfast similar but very tasty, and the staff very kind and helpful. They have various offers for Ha Long and Lan Ha Bays Tours and they could book one of them for you, what is very convenient. They don't charge extra fee by paying by the card. I highly recommend this place as one of the best in Cat Ba Town :)
