People: Very helpful. I had lactose intolerance so I received special care which is not common in other 5* hotels 👍 What is important, I felt pleased not pushed by staff attitude. Food: Excellent - many restaurants also possibility to use restaurants from other close hotels in case of interest. Bars available - easy access to waters/drinks/snack(e.g bruschetta). Rooms: Very clean. We had junior suite/recommend/ with nice extra living room and big balcony with part covered for shadow. Other: As I am active I liked possibility to run/walk through other hotels + well equipped gym with nice views of the bay.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. We've been here a few times now and every time we come away loving it more. This visit we went to another larger water park, and then spend a few days here later in our visit. The difference in food and staff were notable. The beach has the most amazing coral reef, much better than many of the boat trips we've been on, I feel lucky to have experienced it.

Nice to have adults only areas and kids areas. Good selection of food and drinks included and restaurant choices were excellent. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Particularly the reception team and the main restaurant staff. The marine life right outside the hotel was fantastic. As a scuba diver, I had just as good marine life sightings right outside the hotel snorkelling as what I did when I went out on a scuba dive for the day. Complimentary vouchers for facilities and services for all guests part of the premium all inclusive package was a nice touch. The massage therapists were fantastic and really lovely.

We had an excellent stay with exceptionally friendly staff. For all our questions or problems, we could rely on our personal manager Hafez, who helped us fantastically with all our inquiries and asked every day if there was anything he could do and if everything was satisfactory. We will definitely come back someday, top hotel!
