Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

Nastanitev Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma se nahaja v mestu Hurghada, 41 km od znamenitosti akvarij Hurghada Grand Aquarium, in ponuja zunanji bazen, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, fitnes ter vrt. We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Food is delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is nice and water so clean.

Jaz Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. A big shout out to the guest relation team, especially Abdel Raheem who took care of every small detail and every minor request. I have been to a lot of 5 stars and luxurious hotels/resorts but never met such a good team which made this trip exceptional and their quality overweight some negative points needs to be fixed. -Good location - Really good baristas -Good animation team and shows especially if you have kids. -Shisha bar which is a plus. -Active waiters all over the place. -fine food but there is a room for improvement.

The perfect destination🥰 ! Thanks for Zahra for taking care of us from before the arrival till we got back home, and taking care of every detail we needed at Jaz Aquaviva. The aqua park was so exciting for us and the kids, had so much fun.The main swimming pool is very relaxing. For the main restaurant;it had a diversity of very good quality selections. Paprika restaurant's service was excellent, starters were great, and umm ali( an Egyptian dessert) the best ever.Thanks to Mohammed Saeiid too, the guest service agent was so helpful, gave suggestions to help with our stay.The room was spacious, clean, lighting was perfect. Makadiko, customized virgin mojito, turkish coffee and lots of tasty drinks were made perfectly at the lobby bar. Excellent value for money...highly recommended.🤍
