Very helpful staffs. I had an language issue with my car rental, and then one of the staffs assisted to sort out my concerns.

Well located, and with a lovely sea view. We had an appartment on the ground floor, which I would strongly recommend, with a private terrace attached to the very spacious garden. Very relaxing place. And a lot of space for the kids to play, and adults to relax, eat, sit etc.. The small size of this resort was perfect in our opinion, and makes it very cosy and quiet. The room was very spacious, and even had a jacuzzi! View from the room is very nice. Walking distance to a ice cream shop and multiple restaurants.

The location, it has Hanlla san and sea views and also has a stream next to it. The landscape was absolutely great. We enjoyed the morning walk. It has a huge outdoor swimming pool, which seems amazing for summer. Jeju pork bbq restaurant has good quality meat and food. We stayed in the renovated room. Everything was very clean and tidy. They provide room cleaning service once every 2 days, meaning that u will get the cleaning service only if you stay over 3 nights. However, It wasn't a big problem for us!! Complementary mini bar has chocolates, cup noodles, and beers from Jeju island ! We loved it so much ! All the staff were helpful and attentive.

The atmosphere and view from the restaurant in the morning was something to remember for along time. The staff was so nice. It was great pleasure to be served with great looking people.

Attractively set in the centre of Jeju, Grand Hyatt Jeju features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This 5-star resort offers a 24-hour front desk and an... Excellent hospitality. Especially one of the staffs at Lobby named "Randy Wong" he greeted us really welcomely when we back and made us feel so special. Outstanding service.
