This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From when you arrive at the location until the bus dropped us off at the airport, the team was very attentive. The food was of high quality and very good! Same with the drinks. The rooms have everything you need. The hotel is very safe. It may seem price but when you calculate what you will spend in a five star hotel, transportation, food and activities you will see that's its totally worth it. We had the garden view room and we loved it then we moved to a river view room and it was also great! No matter the room you stay, your experience will be great! Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

The cleanliness, hospitality and the facilities are just in another level. We have stayed in a few all-inclusives and this one was the best by far.

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Beautiful location, spectacular beaches, clean, well maintained. Infiniti pools —3 —are gorgeous. Rented cabana for three days and it was heavenly. Our butlers -David and Marissa-were the icing on the cake. We were celebrating our anniversary and came back to room to find rose petal heart, cake, anniversary banner and balloons!

Even though we arrived late at night the host welcomed us in a pretty nice way, he changed us to a better apartment without extra cost, sent us a list of places to go and left us some drinks too. Communication with him was great, the apartment is nice, clean and it has everything you might need during your trip, the hotel was nice and the staff offered good service, I totally would stay here again.
