The spa and the staff of the hotel were top notch. The facilities are perfectly and constantly maintained. Hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our two weeks in Vietnam. Would definitely do again.

The hotel is great with everything you need, very comfortable and clean. It also has heating/AC, which was very helpful as it was cold outside. It was a great experience to have a hot bath while watching the city. Sonie is the best, who is running the hotel. He organized for us bus tickets to our next destination and a driver to Sunday market Bac Ha (a must go) prior to our arrival on Saturday evening. Always quick responses via WhatsApp. The hotel is highly recommended.

The view from the garden over the rise fields is incredible. We had the possibility to do early check-in without any additional fee. Highly recommend!

We had a deluxe double room, and it was very cozy and clean. Location a little outside Sapa, which is great if you have a scooter. Close to Ta Van village that has a lot of cute restaurants and coffee shops in it.

Situated in Sa Pa in the Lao Cai Region, 8 km from Fansipan Mountain, Sapa Highland Resort & Spa features an indoor pool, an on-site restaurant, a spa and fitness centre. We loved the indoor pool, it would have been more convenient if it opened earlier but we were grateful for the access to it regardless. We enjoyed the pho for breakfast and we were in quite a useful location. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning.
